**GENERAL OVERVIEW**
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Coordinator. The
managing social media platforms, creating content, and supporting the communication needs of the
creative mindset, and a passion for marketing and communications.

**KEY REPSONSIBILITIES**:
Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with the organization's

goals and objectives.
Manage social media platforms, create content, and engage with our audience to increase brand

awareness and reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and

industry experts.

Coordinate events, campaigns, and other marketing activities to promote the organization's

products and services.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts and provide

insights to improve future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all

communication channels.
Other assigned duties

**TEAMWORK**:
Conduct customer outreach to gather feedback, ask questions, and promote new offers.
Assist other office staff and customer service representatives by providing backup support as

needed.
Keep others fully informed through staff meetings and regular on-going communications
Work as EMSC Staff Team member, for overall EMSC operations, when needed
Demonstrate leadership and encouragement towards EMSC’s youth
Proactive attitude towards the role
Able to undertake individual projects as well as team projects
Adept at interacting with children

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**:
Marketing diploma or degree
Effective communication skills (both written and spoken English)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. A bonus if HTML skill is held.
Love of sport
Standard First Aid and CPR (preferred)
Understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices including social,

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

**HOURS**:
40 hours per week, with weekend/evening work
