**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical shop personnel.
Work alongside the team in building and assembling electrical panels and portable power cables.
Ensure all builds are completed according to electrical schematics, industry codes, and company timelines.
Perform and oversee final testing of assembled products to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
Monitor and enforce adherence to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Provide hands-on leadership, training, and performance feedback to shop staff.
Communicate effectively with engineering, and project teams to meet production and delivery targets.
Assist in managing inventory, materials, and shop supplies.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 10 years of practical electrical experience, including panel building and cable assembly.
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a production or shop environment.
Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, testing procedures, and safety standards.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and electrical schematics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
