**Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Maintain excellent customer service
- Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
- Complete required paperwork with accuracy according to company policies, procedures and protocols
- Coordinate and schedule service requests, technicians
- Receive, review and process service work orders
- Parts and inventory management
- Organizing a busy warehouse
- Quality Assurance
- Provide training, development and guidance for service technicians
- Ability to move products/equipment without incident
- Solo Lifting 0-55 lbs
- Be sure to bring your sense of humor

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with customers and providing a great customer experience
- Strong computer skills
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull or carry heavy products, occasionally over 50 lbs
- Prior service coordinator experience is an asset but not required
- Forklift experience is an asset

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5B 1G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- scheduling & coordinating: 1 year (preferred)
