**Qualifications**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 plus graduate of a recognized office administration/business/secretarial program and/or a combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience required
- Minimum one year of related secretarial experience required
- Knowledge of medical terminology an asset
- Experience in a medical setting would be an asset
- Demonstrated evidence of administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task efficiently
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
- Must be self-directed and adept at problem-solving, while working with mínimal supervision
- Effective communication, time management and organizational skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**A skill test may be included as part of the selection process.**

**Hours of Work**:
Permanent Full-time position; 70 hours biweekly

**Salary Information**:
$20.25 - $22.50 hourly
