Reporting to the Director, Systems & Reporting, working closely with Directors and Senior Managers at the College, the incumbent supports students, staff, student information system users and Information Technology Services. The incumbent plans, provides business requirements, process mapping and leading projects of core functions in Enrolment Services, aligned with strategic and operational goals of the College.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Acts as a functional lead and ITS liaison to meet all business needs for the Student Information System
- Working directly with stakeholders to define clear and measurable business needs across Niagara College
- Facilitating collaborative sessions with multiple stakeholders across Niagara College to extract business requirements using best practice methods and tools, across our SIS systems
- Creating business systems requirements documentation in a form which is clear to the functional teams and to the ITS Systems Analysts
- Testing all processes to ensure that all are functioning as expected in the new environment with Niagara College
- Documenting problems or inconsistencies in processes and provide information and test data to ITS and continuing to work with them to test until problems are solved
- Making recommendations to the management team when testing is complete
- Documenting new and revised processes and features and create training materials as per user groups (e.g.: Enrolment Services staff)

***Qualifications**:

- Three (3) year post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Programming, Social Sciences, or a similar field of study
- Five (5) years’ related experience in an analytical role in a large multiuser network
- Experience in business process and business analysis, along with leading projects/people
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel at an advanced level is required
- Experience with PeopleSoft is an asset
