The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing various marketing projects (marketing campaign, lead generation, product launches, event management, content preparation for the sales force, etc.) for Pavemetrics products. He plays a key role in the marketing of new products and may be required to take on other responsibilities within the marketing team depending on his skills.
As Marketing Project Coordinator, you will have to
- Coordinate all tasks and deliverables required for product launches.
- Ensure the online publication of web content and carry out the maintenance of various websites.
- Collaborate with content experts and coordinate their work to ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Create interactive and dynamic communication tools within defined marketing projects.
- Plan various projects rigorously, ensure their completion and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
- Other related duties relevant to skills.

What makes you an asset to our team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or E-Commerce or equivalent.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience including project management and marketing project delivery.
- Bilingualism English/French, both oral and written.
- Good ability to synthesize technological information and translate it into marketing language.
- Ability to manage multiple files at once, prioritize while meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to obtain collaboration from others.
- Knowledge of the Office suite.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform, such as Hubspot, Marketo, CRM, etc. (asset).
- Sharp judgment, professionalism and rigor.
- Good writing skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Sense of observation and curiosity.
