We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Specialist who will manage print production products from beginning to end and act as a primary contact for our valued clients. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Partner with clients in managing print projects from start to finish, being an effective communicator throughout the entire process. - Consult with production team to complete work back schedules and follow up to ensure all details & paperwork are accurate for invoicing. - Review all instructions, letter copy, print proofs and coordinate data file transfers. - Establish and maintain quality control standards and check points to ensure work is completed according to customer specifications. **REQUIREMENTS**: - 3+ years working experience in a commercial print environment (litho printing, digital printing, pre-press and on-press quality control), some knowledge of commercial print is a must - Post-secondary education in Graphic Communications Management or Print Production is an asset - Experience working in an account management/project manager/customer service role - Ability to multitask and capable of managing projects and priorities simultaneously - A champion of "process" and problem-solving skills, clear and direct communication both oral and written, proven negotiator with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to make sense of the abstract, and to raise the bar to set new standards - The ability to enable cooperation with all levels of internal and external contacts, strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving competencies with strong initiative, sound judgment, and decisiveness DATA Communications Management Corp. is committed to equal employment opportunity, employs and does not discriminate against all qualified persons without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, or any other classification protected by applicable federal and provincial laws.
