**Job Summary**:
Currently, we are seeking a summer student to assist us with administration work. The incumbent will be well-organized, proficient with MS Office software, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask with good time management skills.

**Responsibilities**

Following established procedures, the incumbent will perform administrative work that includes:

- Information Management - organizing, auditing and archiving files; and maintenance and disposal of records; tracking policy sign-off, etc..
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications / Skills and Abilities**
- Minimum Grade 12 education plus post-secondary education in a related field.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position with extended periods of sitting and standing.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to operate work-related equipment.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $15.65 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
We have infection control protocols in place that include twice daily screening, hand hygiene, wearing masks and traffic direction control.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
