**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
- Restore surfaces by performing drywall repairs and other necessary restoration tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their needs and preferences.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in commercial painting and restoration work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques for safe handling of materials is a plus.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
