In anticipation to open in the Fall of 2025, we are searching for a full-time **Resident Care Manager**to join our **new Opal Ridge Enhanced Care** team based in **Bedford, Nova Scotia.**

**About the Opportunity**
- Consistently ensures service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service.
- Establishes strong processes of utilizing formal and informal resident feedback to influence operational practices.
- Oversees the orientation of new Residents through established standards.
- Ensures all departments are in compliance with established organizational Brand Standards, Policies, and Procedures.
- Initiates, supports activities that will result in best possible outcome for residents
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure RAI-LTCF assessment outcomes are understood and incorporated in the care plan
- Attends training and other educational activities to maintain current knowledge of the RAI-LTCF process.
**About You**
- Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current registration with the provincial College of Registered Nurses
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to use electronic information systems, including but not limited to electronic health records, human capital management systems, etc.
- **_Asset_**: Previous supervisory/leadership experience in long term care or a health service environment
