We are looking for a high-energy and driven Sales Readiness Lead with substantial B2B or B2C sales experience in the technology space. They will be responsible for the assessing, recommending, and implementing projects that will increase sales productivity, colleague satisfaction and customer net promoter. The Sales Readiness Lead must understand the business community, the project demands and the capability of the business to absorb changes.

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement key projects that will provide the sales teams the tools, assets, resources and training to the sales team in order to improve efficiency and success.
- This role will evaluate current programs, implementing and experimenting with new programs, developing playbooks for better sales productivity that will drive improve customer retention and high conversions for Acquisition.
- Work closely with the sales teams and other key stakeholders to determine gaps in available resources, marketing team to ensure assets and strategies are aligned to the Small Business Strategy and operations team to ensure that this aligns with their teams.
- Deliver Product & Systems training to new team members and run workshops to upskill our existing sales team.
- Support Sales teams by answering questions real time in chat, escalating issues, and providing in person support during key drive periods.
- Reduce the overall admin tasks from our sales colleagues by assisting with backend system data entry, change form requests, creation of call lists, discount management, refund, etc.
- Uncover efficiencies in the way we work today to increase overall productivity.

Skills, know-how and experience:

- 5+ years of experience with SAP (order to cash, CRM), Salesforce (SFDC) working with sales and marketing, SAP/SFDC technical team to implement new capabilities, features and pricing.
- 5+ years’ experience training sales and service teams on SAP and Salesforce
- 5+ years working in a call center including sales or service and operations
- Exceptional communicator, well versed in communication to individual sales teams through senior leadership
- Strong presentation and project management skills
- Team player that excel in a face-paced working environment
