**The Role**
**Job Duties & Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to, the following**:
- Procurement of equipment, rentals, contracts, and operating supplies with an emphasis on price, quality, and delivery
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to get best pricing and payment options
- Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, related paperwork, and resolve any disputes with vendors
- Prepare & maintain purchasing files, reports, and price lists as it relates to suppliers, product information, and pricing
- Maintain inventory with adequate stock levels & performing regular cycle counts on purchased supplies
- Schedule, dispatch and/or deliver equipment, maintenance, and operating supplies to construction field sites between Windsor, London, and the GTA
- Manage & dispatch company-owned rental equipment
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and maintenance in the warehouse, yard, and storage containers
- Other administrative tasks relating to procurement
**Qualifications**
- Must be able to interact with people at all levels of the company and provide excellent customer service internally and externally
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, construction and/or logistics considered an asset
- Post-secondary diploma or degree relating to supply chain, logistics or business is considered an asset but not required
- A valid class G Driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
- Knowledge of construction and construction materials is considered an asset
- Excellent computer proficiency skills operating MS Office _(excel, word, etc.)_
