Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Enter PO's from quotes
- Send out RFQ's to vendors for the day to day items.
- Enter daily PO's into the PO follow up report.
- Send PO's to the crib so they have record of the items that have been ordered.
- Print daily package slips, highlighting items received on the follow up report. Follow up with Vendors on back ordered items.
- Print invoices and match for month end billing - enter invoice information onto the proper spreadsheets.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school graduate or equivalent work experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Microsoft Office Suite including using Excel formulas.
