**Windows Server & O365 Specialist**

- Create and manage the lifecycle of IT technical documentation in your domain.
- Assist in troubleshooting L1 to L3 calls with current in-house and outsourced IT teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Servers and capable of investigation into services, backups, warranty, DNS, DHCP, functionality, programs, etc.
- Manage, update and migrate DNS to corporate hosts.
- Create robust technical documentation.
- Other IT-related responsibilities, as required.
- Must be willing to travel, when required

- Intermediate understanding of security practices.

**Your Credentials**
- Post-secondary education in information systems or equivalent experience.
- Industry certifications are great, but your prior IT success and experience is even better
- 5 - 10 years of support and implementation experience in IT, with a solid and applied level of knowledge in infrastructure (including networks, servers, storage, Hyper-V, O365 and AD/LDAP).
- Specifically, you can speak to your experience in migrating and integrating a complex topology and supporting not only standard on-prem technologies, but also understand the migration and integration paths utilizing Azure AD, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Office 365, Endpoint Manager, and other commonly utilized Microsoft technologies.
