Job Description
**Warehouse Associate**

**Role & Responsibility**
- Provide professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicating with customers through various means.
- A thorough understanding of our invoicing software.
- Ability to process transactions, including payments for goods and services.
- Ability to process, pick, pack, and invoice orders to customers.
- Ability to use computer software and mix automotive paint accurately.
- Capability to restock shelves, unload, pack and verify stock orders
- Perform cycle counts and correct any inventory issues.
- Ability to verify pricing and update labels in retail area.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
- Providing ideas and insights to continually improve processes and functions of the company.

**Other Key Functions**
- Communicating with customers through various means.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Assist colleagues with various tasks.

**Supervision**

Receives immediate supervision from operations manager

**Training Required**
- WHMIS
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods
- LeanTec
- Spire

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
