We currently have an opportunity for a Full-Time Coordinator to join our CPAWSB team. Reporting to the Manager, Education Contractors, the Coordinator is responsible for supporting the management of all contractors as required in the delivery of all CPAWSB programs and courses.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with all aspects of contractor management related to CPAWSB education and exam contractors, including recruiting, training, staffing, processing service fees and expenses, performance management, and retention.
- Database management, including updating the database with changes to contractor information, various data entry tasks, upload and distribution of contractor performance reports.
- Maintaining manual contractor information listings, as needed.
- Coordinating classroom booking and set-up for PPE in-person lectures, review invoices from venues and track issues with venues.
- Education only - Review invoices from PPE lecture venues prior to seeking approval.
- Courier electrical packages to venues for use during PEP weekend workshops.
- Supporting the coordination of Capstone 1 volunteers and final group presentation event.
- Reviewing exam contractor expenses and fees for service.
- Executing miscellaneous ongoing tasks and special projects, as required; and
- Innovate and consider Lean approaches/initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills Required

Include but are not limited to:

- Demonstrating time management skills.
- Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Ability to adapt as the program changes and evolves.
- Demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information and/or issues using discretion, sensitivity, empathy, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrating an advanced level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Possessing knowledge of the Canadian accounting world, with a focus on the various CPAWSB programs, resources, and policies, in addition to public accounting requirements.
- Willingness to work overtime, as required.
- Ensuring compliance with School privacy policies and all applicable privacy legislation when carrying out all job duties and functions and obligation to report known or suspected breaches of privacy.

**Qualifications**:

- At least three years’ experience in a coordination role in a business context.
- Bachelor’s degree (business concentration) preferred.
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
