**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our international business units (Canada, EMEA, and Asia Pacific) in achieving their financial goals. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- **Month-end close, forecasting, and annual budgeting**: You will ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end closing procedures, participate in the forecasting process, and assist with the development of the annual budget.
- **Financial reporting and analysis**: You will prepare and deliver financial reports to various levels of leadership, analyze financial data, and identify key trends and insights.
- **Business unit support**: You will partner with business unit leaders to provide them with the financial information and analysis they need to make informed decisions.
- **Ad hoc analysis**: You will respond to ad hoc requests for financial data and analysis from various stakeholders.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role, with some experience managing a full P&L (profit and loss statement) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using various formulas and functions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience supporting international business units and/or supporting a software business preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional calls with colleagues in different time zones.
