**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Creating divisional performance evaluations and facilitate bi-annual/annual review process.
- Implementing a Human Resource Software that maintains a robust data base on all employees; coordinate with Payroll on capturing all pertinent information.
- Using software to monitor employees, the hours they work, and the tasks they complete.
- Assume all responsibilities related to Group Plans, Group Health and manage all inquiries about the program.
- Quarterback the sourcing of all new employees through in-house recruitment, liaison with staffing agencies and leveraging resources for referrals.
- Create a repository with documented processes for all matters related to human resources.
- Working with Managers to decide on salaries to offer to new hires.
- Orientation of new employees.
- Working with department heads to create training programs.
- Answering questions from employees, and recording and investigating complaints when required.
- Developing and facilitating programs, such as bonuses or top performer rewards as they relate to performance reviews.
- Provide monthly reporting on wage anniversaries, industry trends on wages etc.

**Secondary Objectives**:

- Support Payroll Department as necessary.
- Additional duties to be assigned.

**Requirements & Skills**
- 1-4 years experience in recruiting and general HR, with formal human resource training.
- CPHR designated or CPHA student considered a strong asset.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
