**Order Processing/Accounting Clerk**

We are a dynamic, growing company seeking a sharp, hardworking and trustworthy person with excellent communication and computer skills for a permanent full-time position for order processing/clerical accounting, shipment tracking and general administrative duties.

Daily functions include but are not limited to:

- Order processing - verify customer information is complete and prepare documents for the Shipping Dept. using Sage 50
- Schedule shipment bookings online with Canpar, Purolator and FedEx for customer orders
- Track and trace shipments to ensure customer orders are on schedule
- Communicate with customers and courier companies for shipment status when there are delays
- Plan, schedule and coordinate delivery appointments, when applicable
- Maintain customer profiles in Sage 50
- Maintain customer order log
- Maintain close relationship with the Shipping Dept for customer orders and inventory
- Customer payment follow-up
- General administrative work

What you offer:

- Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Strong computer literacy including Outlook, Excel, Word, Google, etc.

- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- $45,000 - $56,000 annual salary
