Cafe Milano is hiring their next client experience manager

We're looking for a motivated, dynamic individual who thrives on working in a high pressured and fast-paced work environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Assist on-shift managing partner as necessary and work closely together to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Supervise employees to ensure our image is represented well
- Ensuring resto regulations and policies are followed
- Assist customers should they have any concerns, questions, or complaints
- Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout operations
- Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed throughout the resto
- Maintaining an overall management style that follows Cafe Milano best practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
