**Overview**
We are looking for friendly Bartender who can handle 15 drinks while making the regular bar guests engaged and taken care for. If you are a person who knows their way around a bar stocked with beautiful wine bottles, and has a knack for making cocktails while fashioning a smile, you might be on the right job post.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft classic and house cocktails with precision and creativity.
- Have a solid understanding of wines, especially local and Italian varieties.
- Knowledge of different liquors and liqueurs is essential.
- Maintain professional, friendly, and respectful relationships with our regular customers.
- Handle up to 15 drinks at a time, ensuring all are served in a timely manner.
- Take tables and provide exceptional service, as needed.
- Cleaning the glass washer.
- Ensuring fridges are stocked and kept clean.
- Monitoring bar inventory and reporting any discrepancies.
- Keeping syrups, bar fruits, purees, and other ingredients filled and fresh.
- Ensuring the wine racks and fridges are stocked.
- Polishing glassware and keeping it ready for use.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and an intermediate understanding of wine, particularly local and Italian options.
- Bonus if you have experience with Italian cuisine.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-volume drink service.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer relationships.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to varying shifts.
- Must have a valid Serve It Right.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
