As a pivotal member of our sales force, your role is to enhance our brand presence and boost product sales within retail environments. With a strong focus on sales and customer engagement, you will leverage skincare expertise to meet and exceed sales targets measured by sales per hour.

As a Sales & Training Consultant you will be responsible for:

- _Sales Excellence: Engage with customers on the sales floor to achieve and surpass individual sales goals._
- _Brand Training: Deliver compelling and informative brand trainings to educate and motivate retail partners._
- _Customer Experience: Elevate the customer journey through exceptional service, fostering loyalty and driving sales._
- _Product Consultation: _Utilize your skincare knowledge to recommend products, meeting clients' needs and boosting sales.
- _Event Execution: Collaborate with the _Area Sales & Training Manager to plan and execute store events that enhance brand visibility and sales.
- _Excellent communication skills with ability to provide store visit recaps and sales performance details_.

**What do you need to succeed**:

- _Experience in _Shoppers Drug Mart and Sephora is an asset with a passion for skincare.
- _Strong communication_ skills with the ability to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
- _A goal-driven self-starter with a keen interest in skincare trends and products._
- _You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and _can solve problems in a timely manner.
- _Flexibility_: Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- _Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within a 50km radius._
- _Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods._
- _Must have a mobile device, internet connectivity and ability to _submit timecard through an app on a weekly basis.
