We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s team as a Kiehl's Skin Pro. This position is responsible for providing superior customer service and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business.

**As a Kiehl’s Skin Pro you will**:

- Deliver Best
- in-class experience to customers
- Identify clients’ needs and goals and assist them in finding and selecting appropriate products.
- Inform the clients regarding product prices and if there are any special offers available.
- Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising: maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store, merchandising, ensure on shelf product availability.
- Regularly attend all scheduled shifts

**What do you need to succeed**:

- Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Great communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
- Physical Environment: Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- English mandatory, second language an asset
