Internal Auditor

**Duties**:

- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls
- Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Perform testing of internal controls and document results
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and implement best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in accounting standards

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in internal auditing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial services regulations
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $35.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
