We are a people-business with a strong focus on safety. Teamwork guides us to engage and sustain long-term relationships with our employees and customers. We are currently seeking **Part-Time Industrial Cleaners **for our **Ingersoll, ON** location.

**Schedule**
- Must be available on-call Monday to Friday for all potential part-time shifts between 7am and 11pm;
- Available for a rotating part-time schedule;
- Available a minimum of 3 days per week.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Work across various departments to fulfil business needs in the janitorial, industrial, and waste handling sector;
- Cleaning common areas such as bathrooms, walkways, offices, cafeteria, and major touch-points;
- Stripping and waxing floors;
- Perform sanitation functions: dusting, vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, scrubbing;
- Emptying waste baskets and materials;
- Perform repetitive physical tasks including but not limited to: lifting, bending, pulling and/or pushing, prolonged standing and walking;
- Change industrial machine filters and robot covers;
- Clean and maintain industrial equipment and machinery;
- Dispose of cardboard or excess materials in the plant;
- Report any incidents, accidents, defects, or repair needs;
- Operate forklift to move and dispose waste materials and scrap (training provided);
- Follow and abide by all safety policies, protocols and procedures;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to stand, bend, walk, climb stairs, perform heavy lifting and use industrial equipment;
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis;
- Mopping and sweeping requires repetitive use of shoulders, elbows, and wrists;
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments;
- Ability to work around environmental odors and dusty environments;
- Previous experience as a cleaner in a industrial setting is considered an asset;
- Experience with heavy duty cleaning equipment is considered an asset;
- Reliable & professional demeanor;
- Proven communication skills, both oral and written;
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure;
- Work independently and in a team environment;
- Reliable transportation to the facility or a valid Ontario G License.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.62-$21.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Weekends as needed
