**JOB SUMMARY**

Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, the Café Supervisor will have the opportunity to lead the operations and the food & beverage team of the Jackson Café by Norca located in the Ottawa Art Gallery.

**YOUR ROLE**
- Manage service staff at the café
- Optimize guest satisfaction with regards to service
- Participate to coaching and training staff reflecting Groupe Germain service standards
- Provide guidance and support to the Servers
- Schedule staff according to forecasts
- Maintain inventories and order accordingly
- Ensure equipment is in working order
- Ensure quality levels and maintain quality standards in production, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain safe working conditions and practices

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Previous supervision experience required
- Knowledge of current employment laws & health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual French and English an asset
