Canada Drives is seeking a well-rounded, detailed-oriented individual who has a knowledge of all things cars to join our auto team as a **Recon Coordinator**. The Recon Coordinator will review, advise, and approve all vehicle repair evaluations to best benefit the organization.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Examine and evaluate body damage on vehicles
- Determine if vehicles are retail, wholesale or otherwise
- Create comprehensive estimates
- Advise internal buyers and sellers on expected repair costs of potential purchases/sales
- Approve third party estimates for vehicle repair work
- Relay daily updates from repair companies to our auto division
- Oversee workflow and transportation logistics for damaged and repaired units
- Amend and streamline process implementation between the auto division and our third-party partners
- Create cost reduction while maintaining quality standards

- We're looking for someone smart who has an interest in growing with a company and likes to learn new things. If you're into vehicles it's a bonus
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle makes, models, costs, and values
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive, glass half full mentality
- Adaptable to organizational standards for vehicle assessment
- Experience working in high-volume, high-pressure settings
- Aptitude for statistics and costing metrics
