Job Title: Fabricator

**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and assembly of metal parts
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit metal components using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Weld or join metal parts together using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding
- Operate machinery such as shears, saws, presses, and grinders to fabricate metal parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a fabricator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and equipment operation
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to accurately measure and cut metal components
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for working with heavy materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
