Overall purpose of this role:
At our core, Quickplay sits at the intersection of media, consumers, and data and plays a foundational role in the future of OTT video. Technology partnerships play an essential role in our strategy and ability to provide customers with the most comprehensive, flexible, and powerful solutions in the market.

You will build deep partnerships with leading technology companies to create unique value for our shared customers, and have an outsized influence on one of the defining technology trends of the cloud era. This role will look to build on well established cloud partnerships, such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure as well as a variety of other media technology partners. Success will also require deep collaboration and partnership with internal sales, product, and delivery teams to improve the scale and breadth of our solutions as well as contribute to the go-to-market, sales, and customer delivery functions of the business.

You are a strategic professional with a bias for action. You have an understanding of both the digital product owner and media technology buyer mindset and a comfortable level of technical expertise when it comes to media solutions and cloud services.

You have experience creating partnerships with technology companies, including setting strategy, and driving business and technical understanding with other partner organizations, product teams, and executives. You value simplifying complex relationships, solutions, and working cross functionally to develop and execute easily-understood mutually beneficial partnerships.

Primary focus:

- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company (engineering, marketing, sales, finance, legal) in the development of business and product strategy supporting the company’s objectives to grow the sales funnel, establish core product and service capabilities and to deliver against financial objectives
- **Program Development and Partner Management**:Design, build and operate a comprehensive partner program with the goals to **a**) develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and **b**) to create best-in-class product partner solutions that are repeatable and scalable, both on a global and regional basis, to improve product integrations and underlying value proposition, while creating organizational capacity with its repeatability to support sales opportunities across multiple RFI and RFPs.
- **Project Management**: Lead virtual teams in coordinating multi-dimensional partnerships, operational coordination, strategy & product planning, and execution across different organizations. Be a strong communicator and trusted leader in the organization.

Success in this role requires:

- Establishing oneself as a thought leader and partner to potential strategic accounts and vendor partners
- Technical understanding of our product, and competitor and potential partner products
- Strong project management and ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
- Establishing creative approaches to developing relationships with target partners
- Team Player attitude and mindset: Ability to coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders (eg. product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer delivery) in crafting thoughtful strategies for engaging and collaborating with partners as well as execution of partner initiatives

Requirements include:

- College Degree; MBA+
- 8+ years in strategy, business development, and/or consulting, with strong strategic framing and storytelling capabilities
- Experience in technology; + if cloud experience
- Well recognized relationships in the field and among target partners
- Analytical ability to drive mutually beneficial commercial relationships with partners
- Proven ability to structure, organize and operate large-scale partnership programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and inspire both partners and customers
