We are a small family owned Vietnamese Restaurant looking to hire full time or part time kitchen staff

Kitchen Team Member

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen manager
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience/Skills:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team as well as independantly.
- Ability to speak Vietnamese is a preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 5Y6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
