- Positive Attitude (ain’t no mountain high enough)

**_A Day in the Life_**
- Pivot to other product lines - for discounts for customers and Agency growth
- Develop your own sources of new business for the Agency-its how we all get paid)
- Accountability to daily/weekly activity goals
- Daily execution of your personal 5 year plan - better yourself
- Revel in the satisfaction of a team environment

**_You Must Be THIS Tall to ride_**
- Must have/obtain the OTL (other than Life) designation
- Some post-secondary education
- Pass Desjardins back-ground check
- Ownership of a vehicle
- Full-time position - mostly in office
- Our office is fully vaccinated

**_You’ll want to know_**
- Full time position
- Available immediately
- Competitive compensation including salary, commission and bonus
- Income range depends on you, but $55 - $75k+ is obtainable with effort
- This position is in office with some work from home available as needed
- This is a service/sales position (all our positions are)
