**Here is what you will do**
VitalAire Canada is currently recruiting for a highly energetic and motivated **Site Supervisor **for our **Saskatoon, SK **location.

The Site Supervisor supervises all activities that relate to site/branch operations, including staff management, safety, quality delivery of a full range of Respiratory and CPAP therapy products and home medical equipment, planning, operational efficiencies, and evaluating/reporting.

The incumbent is accountable for asset equipment utilization and inventory levels to ensure maximum profit.
- Maintains branch staff by supporting the Area Manager in recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
- Delivers business results by ensuring employees understand job expectations through setting goals and objectives.
- Manages employee performance; enforces systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
- Recommends strategic goals and gathers business, financial, service and operations information
- Identifies and evaluates trends and options; chooses a course of action; defines objectives; evaluates outcomes.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; helps the Area Manager prepare an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzes variances; initiates corrective actions.
- Approves and administers vacation requests and necessary overtime for branch staff. Arranges appropriate coverage for vacation and sick relief for branch staff; may include consultation with managers for needed administrative, CST or Driver support.
- Coordinates daily workload/scheduling of branch or contract staff.
- Records customer/client complaints and compliments, coordinates the on-call schedule and communicates it appropriately.
- Monitors branch activity reports such as; CRM reports, CPAP tracker, and other related reports
- Ensures scheduling of client assessments and follow up along with ensuring all tasks associated with client care are completed in a timely fashion.

**Here is what you will need**
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with strong data entry skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisor and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to assist local sales person with some doctors' presentations inside and outside of trade shows.
- Agreeing to disclose your COVID-19 vaccination status, as a condition of employment.
- Agreeing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and to maintain such fully vaccinated status, as a condition of employment.
