**What We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator/ Manager with some graphic design and eCommerce experience, who is passionate about community engagement, design and increasing brand awareness across all digital channels.
This role will be based out of our Queen Street Location.
**What You’ll Get Up To**:
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will act as a Wuxly Ambassador in all interactions, fully adopting our #LiveWarm approach.
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of the marketing strategy as delivered by leadership across all sales channels from eCommerce to Retail and Wholesale. You’ll be equipped with the tools and support you need to bring our strategy to fruition.
- You’ll be responsible for the implementation, and management our social media strategy in order to grow traffic, build community and increase brand awareness
- Establish, define and report on the most important social media KPIs
- Work alongside customer service manager to communicate with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Manage and oversee content, postings, comments, and reviews on our social media platform
- Support PR and brand partnerships as needed.
- Participate and support in various trade shows/exhibits and customer presentations
- Monitor search engine optimization and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create and build a strong network and adhere to company polices and social media rules and regulation
- You will collaborate within your team and other teams such as, design, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Ensure all work and content is of highest quality and reflects brand standards
**Skills And Qualifications We’re Looking For**:
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and consumer sentiment with extensive branding knowledge as related to related industries.
- 3+ years of working experience in a creative environment, or equivalent freelance experience.
- Social Media expert using social media (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook etc) for brand awareness and impressions
- Understanding of search engine optimization and web traffic metrics and experience with audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs and solid organization and time management skills, detail oriented and ability to focus and work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral and ability to work with all levels of staff and management
- Exceptional portfolio with demonstrated understanding of both online and offline design and campaign development
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and/or additional programs for social media creatives.
- Capability to produce high quality presentations, creative concepts and evaluate the reusability of existing photography for new layouts
- Strong understanding of Shopify and eCommerce basics, with the will to learn more.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
