**Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant**:

**Highbury North Pet Hospital** is a locally owned, independent veterinary clinic providing personalized, compassionate care to pets and their people. We're looking for a friendly, organized **Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant** to join our close-knit team

**What You'll Do**:

- Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments, manage calls, and handle invoices
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Assist with patient handling when needed
- Help keep the clinic clean and organized
- Educate clients on basic care and treatment plans

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic** (reception or assistant)
- Excellent communication & multitasking skills
- Team player with a love for animals
- Comfortable using computer systems (Avimark is a plus)
