**RETAIL STORE MANAGER**

The Store Manager will be responsible for the hiring, training and daily operations of the store.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Stay on top of trends and new developments within the cannabis industry and impart knowledge to team of budtenders
- Execute and lead the customer experience
- Implement processes and procedures to ensure the store runs smoothly
- Conduct weekly inventory and reporting
- Assist with audits, returns and AGCO/OCS requirements
- Scheduling and managing team
- Adhere to and enforce loss prevention and security policies, background check, policies and procedures (i.e. credit cards, discounts, employee purchases, deposit logs, return and exchange policies)
- Create and nurture valuable relationships with the community
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new product launches and competitors Identify and communicate business needs, trends and opportunities
- Management of Cova & Dutchie Platforms
- Other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years as a Store Manager in retail or restaurant operation
- Knowledge of Cannabis Industry an asset
- Experience with inventory reporting and/or loss prevention
- Proficiency in handling and utilizing a POS system (additional training will be provided)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to customer service & ability to foster positive work environment
- Strong problem solving skills and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in and adapt to a highly regulated industry
- Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends
- Cannsell Certified or ability to get certified
