**Job Overview**:
We're seeking an experienced, motivated Controller to oversee our entire accounting department, including the management of our subsidiaries' financial operations. You'll ensure financial reporting accuracy, compliance, and optimization, and play a pivotal role in our company's ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for LDS and subsidiaries
- Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
- Implement robust internal financial controls and procedures
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts with precision and foresight
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential issues
- Communicate financial results and actionable recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to drive financial operations and support company growth
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

**You're ready for this opportunity because you have**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation highly preferred
- 5+ years in a senior accounting role, including experience managing accounting for parent and subsidiary companies
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Compliance of US and Canada experience
- Experience with Digital Marketing finance data is a huge plus
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
