General Labourer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation of landscape features such as plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscape elements.
- Perform excavation, grading, and leveling tasks using hand tools and power equipment.
- Help in the construction of retaining walls, pathways, patios, and other landscape structures.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Support the team in soil preparation, mulching, sodding, and seeding activities.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Be prepared to undertake various tasks and projects on short notice, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in landscaping and golf course maintenance or related field is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Pay: $17.80-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
