This position is the face of Cocoabeans and represents our brand, customer service and product to our loyal customers. A willingness to help our customers find what they need is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service in person, online or over the phone.
- Following online customer orders through till they are picked up
- Opening and closing the bakery
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, proper labeling/prices and arranging displays
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Up to date food handlers certificate is a benefit.
- Help with food prep and handling, following proper procedures. This includes cutting bars, portioning cookies and assembling dainty platters.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently (Lightspeed K-series).
- Knowledge of Cocoabeans products and make recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience
- Accurately prepare and serve hot and cold espresso based drinks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:
