- This position serves as a single point of contact and acts in a liaison capacity to facilitate problem resolution.
- The Position reports to a Senior Manager.
- Requires 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Facilitates regular planning meetings to develop an annual high-level refresh plan; this list is developed based on inputs such as budget, equipment age, model and the end user technology plan.
- This plan should form the guidelines for developing a monthly refresh schedule.
- Receive list of end-user names or contact names who require new computer equipment (add request).
- Responds to any questions by end-users on computer equipment add/replace requests or re-directs questions to the appropriate representative(s).

**Obtains and documents this information in separate work orders, which includes**:

- New computer equipment hardware, including any additional options and hardware configuration instructions
- Identify type of OS image to be applied, based on provided guidelines, and if on-site configuration is required
- Obtains and documents user justification for any requests for new computer equipment hardware refresh that may result in non-standard equipment, and forward request to authorized representative to review/approve non-standard equipment.
