**Overview**
A Line Cook is responsible for their station's workflow and getting meals out on a timely manner. They cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Maintain a clean & tidy workspace, complete daily cleaning and station checklists and be a good team player. Experience necessary.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead in food preparation and cooking, ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation standards
- Support menu planning and execution for various dining services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all food safety guidelines
- Handle food items with care, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are utilized
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stock rotation
- Utilize knife skills for meal preparation while adhering to safety protocols

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a back of house/ line cook position is required
- The ability to follow instructions and recipes using standardized ingredients
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Proficient in cooking techniques and meal preparation methods
- Familiarity with menu planning and food services is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
