**This is what you will do**: The Medical Affairs Business Operations Lead reports directly to Head of Medical Affairs Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) and shall be accountable as the Single Points of Contact for their business partners and for the delivery of the key GMA Business Operations Activities: Finance & Accruals, Contracting, HCP/AdBoard engagement, and Performance Management, including operational aspects of the GMA tactical plans, and support to strategic and tactical planning.This individual will work closely with Global Medical Affairs leads, Medical Directors, and Functional Subject Matter Experts and provide feedback to Head of Medical Affairs BP&O about daily operations, activities, deliverables, and assigned responsibilities. She/He will plan and coordinate projects or subprojects under the general direction of the respective Business Stakeholders to which she/he has been assigned.This individual is responsible for aligning medical operations with business needs, strategies and tactics via detailing, including tracking budgets and crosschecking daily actions with higherlevel targets such as brand plans, annual operation plans, strategic imperatives, and other sublevel goals, tactics, and deliverables.This individual will facilitate the crossfunctional preparation, implementation, and facilitation of projects related to internal stakeholder activities in Global Medical Affairs.This individual will also work with the Head of Medical Affairs BP&O in the appropriate plan of action for improvements where needed and to define key activities measures and efficiency metrics.The individual will collaborate with Medical TA in identifying Digital opportunities aligned with tactical plans and works cross functionally for the vendors identification, selection, contracting and on defining the implementation strategy.The Medical Affairs Business Operations Lead may contribute to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring junior associates and or contingent workers. You will be responsible for: Act as the Single Points of Contact for their business partners and for the delivery of the key GMA Business Operations Activities: Finance & Accruals, Contracting, HCP/AdBoard engagement, and Performance Management, including operational aspects of the GMA tactical plans, and support to strategic and tactical planningWorks in close partnership with the Global Medical Teams, understands well the strategy, and contributes to the execution of the Global Medical Tactical plan(s)Ensure tactical implementation plan is in alignment with corporate business goalsEnsures the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project and program plans, budgeting, and tracking of milestones.
