Job Summary:
Production Operations is critical to the evolution of Solution and Program delivery for our Exos Team supporting a large, global client. As Automation Specialist, you will become the go-to person to optimize the intersection of product, engineering, production, and customer success. You will lead the automation of processes and tools, typically by developing, designing, maintaining, operating and supporting software tools. We are looking for someone who is as concerned about the details as they are with the big picture, has the right balance of polish and hustle, and is genuinely passionate about the work we do.

You are a business operations analyst who can liaise across teams, recommend technical process improvement, and pilot innovative new approaches iteratively.

This full-time position will report to the Product Operations Manager.
Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage daily and long-term schedule for digital fitness- Manage technical logistics for projects and productions ensuring goals and deadlines are met- Manage product software tools used for tickets, prioritization, assignment and knowledge bases-
- Perform systems automation, triage, and maintenance- Collaborate with product and programming teams on schedule and other content deployment- Promptly manage and resolve all tickets- Write technical documents including pre-stream and post-stream procedures- Work cross-functionally and proactively with teams across the business

QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years experience in IT or system engineering- Experience in business operations- Software automation skills (e.g. zapier, notion, VBA macros)- Python or equivalent scripting experience- Awareness of AI-based products for automating tasks and workflow- Experience working on software based products- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user stories, iterative development)- Good visual and written communication skills- Knowledge of shipping and supporting software products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- MBA or graduate degree- Passion for health and performance
