Castellan Information Security is looking for **Information Security Professionals** to join our team of experts to help us grow and serve our clients.

You will, as an independent consultant or employee, participate in delivery of Castellan projects and services in the Manitoba and Western Canada region.
- Provide expertise and guidance to IT Teams on the IAM manual compliance project.
- Work with various IT teams (and possibly business departments) within MTS to help drive access controls in support of Identity and Access Management manual compliance.
- Monitoring the implementation of security controls.
- Design templates and tools to support the adoption of new IAM security controls to achieve manual compliance.
- Gather and maintain documentation for the IAM manual compliance project.
- Reporting on identity and access management manual compliance.
- Participate in IAM manual compliance validations performed by Bell Corporate Security.

**Successful Applicants should have**:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT, or equivalent depth and breadth of experience.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security leading practises and national / international standards.
- Previous experience in IT security, information security, corporate security, law enforcement, investigations, physical security and security assessments is an asset.
- Relevant professional certifications are an asset (CISSP, CPP, CISM, CISA, CySA, PSP)
- Client Service experience and orientation skills
- Ability to work alone and self-motivation
- Effective interpersonal relationships
- Position is contingent on passing a criminal and credit background check
- Position requires a valid driver’s license and Passport

Skills and knowledge
- Understanding of access control internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
- Experience working on Identity and Access Management Lifecycle (access requests, access reviews, password controls, account provision and deprovision, on boarding, cross-boarding and offboarding, etc.).
- Knowledge of IAM/IT Audits.

**COMPENSATION**:
Compensation commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: $59,079.00-$92,208.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
