_**Stroh Health Care**_ Consulting Corporation is a dynamic organization that is funded by the province to provide the provincial coordination for both the Responsible Driver Program (RDP) and Part 2 of the Respectful Relationships Program (RR2).

We are looking to hire a **Telephone Interviewer for the Responsible Driver Program. **This position conducts scripted telephone interviews with drivers referred to RDP and performs various administrative tasks as required.
- **Required skills**:_
- Good communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to connect with a variety of people over the phone
- Strong typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to maintain a conversational flow with clients while accurately recording answers
- Punctual and organized

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
