Duties include;
Assisting customers with questions and selling of parts - in person and over the phone

Plan, assign and direct parts

Responsible for following up on back orders by checking with other parts personnel and sources to determine status of orders and provide answers to customers

Manage parts inventory

Approve parts inventory Liaison between the dealership and suppliers

Set stock levels and selection of items

Receiving parts when they arrive from vendors

Inventory Control including replenishment, stocking, cycle counting and physical inventory

Responsible for marketing parts and accessories

Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders

Establish a good relationship with distributors, dealers, service centers and consumers in order to notify them of parts availability and shipment dates determined by tracking orders and/or invoices through the computer system.
- Have exceptional customer service
- Have experience with RV parts (considered an asset)
- Have retail parts and inventory experience (considered an asset)
- Have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Flexible on hours/weekends. **Must be able to work Saturdays.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rocky View County, AB T4A 0W2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
