**Overview**

**Duties**
- Lead and manage campus operations, ensuring a safe and productive environment for students and staff.
- Develop and implement programs that enhance student engagement and academic performance.
- Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Monitor campus facilities to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
- Organize events, workshops, and activities that promote community involvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff regarding campus-related inquiries.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support campus initiatives.
- Conduct regular assessments of campus programs and services to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an educational leadership role or campus management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficient in using technology for administrative tasks and communication.
- Knowledge of current trends in education and student services is a plus.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
