Front House Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all front of house operations, including customer service, reservations, and seating arrangements
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including hosts/hostesses, servers, and bartenders
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the front and back of house
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, utensils, and condiments, and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software or POS systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
