**Job Description**:
The role of the executive producer is to manage and oversee the technical and artistic aspects of the production of photo and video projects by ensuring deadlines, client requirements and budgets are met while representing the interests of the company. The person must plan and implement strategy, decide on the allocation of resources and then select the organization to carry out the projects. The person must manage the maintenance of the infrastructures and personnel under his/her responsibility.

The executive producer is responsible for the budget and the margins of the projects and must ensure the financial health of the department, in collaboration with the other producers and the management. The Executive Producer also collaborates with Business Development in a support role for client development and management of artists on the roster.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Project management and organizational strategy**
- Develop quotes/budgets per project in collaboration with the heads of department;
- Set up departmental procedures and provide the teams the best tools to deliver productions that stand out;
- Ensure that the production process is respected;
- Ensure the maintenance of the creative vision of the photo and video division of the company;
- Team and artist management: providing leadership and guidance to drive continuous improvement;
- Ensure to deliver a final product according to the quality standards of the company.

**Operations and financial management**:

- In collaboration with the producers, ensure that the budget and project margins are respected;
- Define the means to be implemented to develop business figures and profitability;
- Ensure direction of studio operations;
- Negotiate major changes with clients;
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

**Business development**
- Build relationships with agency decision makers, creatives, producers;
- Support the General Manager by helping to set up a development strategy per artist;
- Be on the lookout for new talent;
- In collaboration with the General Manager, contribute to updating tools for the company's brand identity.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree in a field relevant to the job or any equivalent relevant experience;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in advertising, photo and/or video production;
- Ease with computer tools, knowledge of G Suite, the MAC Computers. Office suite, as well as Dropbox;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate easily with various partners and stakeholders;
- A great sense of organization and excellent priority management;
- Attention to detail and rigor in the management of material and human resources;
- Great ability to work under pressure;
- Initiative, a great sense of autonomy and resourcefulness;
- An ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Ability to solve problems and conflicts effectively and constructively;
- Fluency in written and oral communication.
