**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairdresser, located in Red Deer, AB. As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing hair care services to clients. This includes cutting, styling, coloring, and treating hair, as well as providing hair and scalp treatments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, ordering supplies, and scheduling appointments.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Perform a variety of hair care services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and styling
- Stay up to date with current hair care trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Recommend hair care products to clients based on their individual needs
- Consult with clients to determine their desired hairstyle and offer professional advice
- Keep accurate records of client preferences and services provided

**Qualifications**
- Must have a valid Hairdressing license from a recognized institute
- Proven work experience as a Hairdresser, with a portfolio of work
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends and techniques in hairstyling and hair care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work
- Strong time management and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Commission Based (Depending on Skill Set)
