**The job involves**:

- Maintenance, new installations and retrofits for plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
- Ensuring the completion of all “on-demand” work orders and “preventative maintenance” work orders
- Inspecting and certifying work to ensure compliance with project specifications and municipal building codes.
- Working with external contractors by providing escorts, assistance and direction
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with guests
- Working safely, and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation
- Working independently and in a team environment
- Flexible to support a 24/7 operation
- Minimum 5 years progressive Plumbing experience
- Valid Certificate of Qualifications for Plumbing
- 306A ticket
- Gas or steam fitter license
- Previous experience in the hospitality and/or service industry
- Skills in all aspects of general construction and all trades
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge and experience with Victaulic rolled groove pipe and fittings an asset
- Knowledge and experience with the Victaulic press fit piping system and asset
- Must hold a class G Driver’s License
- First Aid/CPR certificate and Fire extinguishing handling an asset

**Salary**: $30.60 per hour
